S'Illot is a quiter resort than its brasher neighbours of Cala Millor and Sa Coma, but is stilll one of the developed resorts on Majorca.
We were there in late season (Autumn 2008) and found it a bit down-at-heel. Certainly not as in-your-face as some resorts. It has a curving wooden bridge behind the beach, over a river which joins the sea here. The beach is flat and not too big, with shops and cafes in the blocks behind.
