Between the hotels and the beach at Porto Cristo is a busy road and small park area with benches beneath the shade of trees.
Porto Cristo is not a purpose-built holiday resort but seems to be a popular place to live for the more affluent residents of Majorca. You can see why: a thriving, busy town, a beautiful circular bay sheltered from the sea almost all the way round and a large working harbour and marina.
