This beach was advertised all over Majorca when we visited (Autumn 2008). It is a huge, almost circular bay, with a narrow sandy bach, backed by a bustling, authentic Majorcan town.
If you're after a purpose-built holiday resort, then Porto Cristo is NOT the place for you. If, however, you prefer a real Majorcan town, with all the noise and bustle (and lack of parking spaces) that that entails, then you'll love it. We'd certainly recommend this place for a visit. Infact, we'd quite like to live there...
