Most of this popular holiday resort is centred around the port area, where you will find a wide variety of water sports and boat trips. This resort is particularly suitable for families with small children as the water is shallow, warm and sheltered. Don't expect to find water parks, or karaoke bars here. There is one disco, called Chivas, but most of the evening entertainment is based in the hotels or the local restaurants.
The surrounding countryside is spectacular. The mountains sheltering the bay tot the east form the Sierra de Tramuntara range and are popular with walkers and bird watchers. The views from here back down to the bay are stunning.
