Palma, Castle de Bellver, Bellver Castle.
The castle was originally built in the 1300's as a fortress, but has since been used as a prison and the summer residence of the Kings of Majorca. Don't expect any cafes or bars here. There is just a drinks machine and a public loo.
This shot shows how it is shaped like a doughnut, the open interior is set out for a concert.
We took the open-top bus ride through the city of Plama and stopped off here as it is quite a way out of the city - too far to walk on a hot day.
