I really like this beach. It seems like a great base for a holiday. The beach and village are positioned on a steep, narrow inlet with a few hotels, cafes and restaurants. It was tastefully developed with a fair-sized sandy beach and some natural shade around the edges, although you can, ofcourse, hire a parasol and sunlounger. The bars and cafes were friendly and seemed much more reasonably priced than many places.
There was a mixture of British and German holiday makers when we were there (Autumn 2008), mainly families. This is not the place for all-night parties and night clubs, but would make a great family/couple resort.
