Cala Bona is right at the north end of a looooooooooong strip of beaches leading all the way along the east coast of Majorca.
This is a very developed area with plenty of hotels, shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. The beach is flat and sandy and there is a tree-lined promenade right along the beach.
The area is particularly popular with British tourists - the bars and shops cater for British tastes with cheap beer and all-day breakfasts. The view across the sea is gorgeous.
