 Pollensa and the Son San Jordi HotelPollensa is not to be confused with the resort of a similar name right on the coast (Port de Pollensa). This old town is a couple of miles inland and really picturesque, with narrow streets and golden stoned buildings jostling for space. We arrived here in the Fiesta week at the end of July and could hardly squeeze our hire car up the roads, as they were so jam packed with cars. Parking here was a nightmare! The town dates back to the 18th century and the square is supposed to be gorgeous, but we never got chance to find out on this trip. Maybe we will be back! MORE... |
